ENTRY FEES:
In order to reserve your team/entry, all entry fees must be paid in full. No drafting will begin in Keeper Leagues until entry fees of all teams in the league are received. Also, no late entries will be allowed once a competition has begun unless rules allow.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know before the end of your respective draft (Keeper Leagues), or after Week 1 of all competitions and we will gladly refund your money.
COMPLAINTS/PROTESTS:
Any complaints on rules, competitor conduct, etc., should be directed to the league/pool commissioner. Any and all complaints will be investigated and come to a reasonable and proper decision within an appropriate time frame. Prime Fantasy Sports will serve as the final arbitrator in all disputes arising between participants, teams, and leagues, including, but not limited to, trade disputes, rule violations, manipulation of players and team owner conduct. All decisions by Prime Fantasy Sports will be final on all matters pertaining to our games.
WINNERS:
All winners shall be solely responsible for any federal, state, or any other tax liabilities, if applicable. All entries are void where prohibited by law.
OWNER INTERACTION:
While interaction with other owners in your league is strongly encouraged, please be courteous and respectful of the other participants.
Any interaction between owners that is derogatory, threatening of any kind, or any other interaction that the league/pool commissioner feel is offensive, will be dealt with appropriately by giving one warning. A second offense will result in expulsion from the league and no refund to be given. These games are meant to be fun. Confrontation between players causes a bad time for all.
GAMES OF SKILL:
Games played on Prime Fantasy Sports are games of skill. All winners will be determined based on their skill and knowledge of each sport and how well they manage their teams/entries according to the rules of each particular league/pool. Integrity rules will apply.
VOID ENTRIES:
Offers to compete and win prizes are void in all jurisdictions where prohibited. Any participant playing in a prohibited jurisdiction shall be allowed to play, however, they will not be eligible to win any prize.
GAMBLING PROHIBITED:
The owners of Prime Fantasy Sports discourage gambling of any type in connection with our games. The games on Prime Fantasy Sports may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.
TERMS:
Prime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete correspondence with regards to communication on this site. It is the sole responsibility of the players to ensure that any correspondence made, meets the deadline (trade, transaction, race selections, etc.) enforced by the rules in the particular competition that you are involved in.
USE OF THIS SITE:
ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO DELIBERATELY DAMAGES, OR ATTEMPTS TO DAMAGE THIS WEBSITE, OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE OPERATION OF ANY GAMES ON THIS SITE, IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PRIME FANTASY SPORTS HAS THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
INTEGRITY/ABANDONMENT (KEEPER LEAGUES):
For the integrity of each league, abandonment will not be tolerated in Keeper Leagues. Team owners should be making changes at least once every few weeks, taking advantage of match-ups and schedules, and making adjustments with regards to any injuries.
Team owners are required to check their email periodically for trade voting, messages from the league commissioner, and any other emails that might be sent with regards to your league. Each owner shall be an active participant and keep the lines of communication open at all times.
In most cases, if a team should go an extended period of time without making any transactions or lineup changes, the league commissioner will attempt to reach the owner for explanation and warning. Should this same team continue to go without any changes, and the league commissioner receives no response from this team, the team will be considered abandoned, and the team turned over to a new owner. This will be done on a case by case basis.
The owner who lost the team forfeits their league fee and any winnings that fantasy team earns, so please be an active participant.
MULTIPLE TEAMS (KEEPER LEAGUES ONLY):
Any team owner may play in as many leagues as they wish, however, they may not place two or more teams in any one keeper league. If a team owner is found to be operating more than one team in a keeper league, he/she will be asked to leave the league and no entry fee refunded and no prizes awarded, if applicable. If the offending team owner has other teams in other leagues on this site, the site owners will determine on a case by case basis whether the remaining teams will be disqualified as well. The site owners decision will be final on all matters pertaining to this rule.
RULES AGAINST DRAFT MONOPOLIES (KEEPER LEAGUES ONLY):
While we want to give each owner as much flexibility in choosing their rosters as possible, this creates opportunities to monopolize drafting.
Monopolizing is someone drafting more players than they need at a particular position so there aren't enough quality players at that position for other owners to pick. They, in turn, force teams to make trades with them to get a player that they want. This tactic is strictly forbidden.
If anyone thinks any of the above is happening in their league, contact the league commissioner immediately. The commissioner will use his discretion at determining if this is happening and will take proper action if deemed necessary.
COLLUSION:
While we enjoy good competition between owners, under no circumstances should any owners engage in collusion.
Collusion is when one team makes moves (trades, transactions) to benefit another team. One sided trades and dropping a player so the other team can pick that player up are examples of this.
Anyone found engaging in this type of activity will be asked to leave the league and no refund will be given. This rule will be strictly enforced.
