2017 College Bowls Pool - Rules

WHAT TO DO:

There are 41 Bowl games that comprise the NCAA Division I College Bowl schedule: The New Orleans Bowl beginning December 16 to the National Championship Game January 8. The National Semi-Final games are also included in this pool.

Each game has a different point value assigned to it. Every correct pick earns the points that are assigned for that game. CFP Playoff games and the Selection Committee Bowl games will be worth more points.

Simply choose who you think will win each of the 41 bowl games on the schedule. A perfect score (meaning you picked all the games correctly) scores 65 total points.

WINNERS:

The entry that accumulates the most points after all the bowl games are complete will be the College Bowls Pool champion.

Tiebreaker: Of the entries tied, the entry that has the highest number of correct picks will be declared the winner.

If there is still a tie after both tiebreakers, the payout will be split among those entries still tied.

MAKING SELECTIONS:

Picks for all Bowl games must be made prior to the start of the the first Bowl game of the season. In this case, the New Orleans Bowl.

NOTE 1: For the National Championship Game, simply choose the winner of the matchup of your chosen winners for each semi-final game.

Games with no picks will receive a score of zero points for that game. Please make sure you make selections for all your games.

NOTE 2: Prior to the start of the pool, you have alot of flexibility with your picks sheet. You can go in and make selections, change selections, as well as save selections to adjust at any time. If you don't want to pick all the games at one time you can go back at a later date. Just remember, once the first game kicks off, picks need to be locked in for all 41 Bowl games.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES:

You can make your selections anytime before the scheduled kickoff time of that game and may be changed at anytime prior to the regularly scheduled kickoff time for that game. Once the deadline has passed for a game, your pick/confidence value is locked in for that game. If you haven't made a pick by the deadline, you're out of luck.

PICKS POSTED BY COMMISH: If you need help making your selections or are having computer problems, please contact the commish with your selection before the deadline and he will make it for you.
