There are 41 Bowl games that comprise the NCAA Division I College Bowl schedule: The New Mexico Bowl beginning December 17 to the National Championship Game January 9. The National Semi-Final games are also included in this pool.
Each entry will choose who they think will win each of the 41 bowl games on the schedule.
Entries will also rank each selection each game based on how confident you are in choosing the winner correctly. (Games are placed into groups. Read on)
In each group, choose a Confidence Value (CV) for each game based on how confident you are of your selection winning the game. When choosing CV's, you must use each CV only once and you may not use the same point value twice in the same group
See "Points Distribution" section below for how much the point values are for each game
4 points: Most Confident
3 points: 2nd Most Confident
2 points: 3rd Most Confident
1 point: Least Confident
-Games for December 17-December 31 will be divided into 8 groups of 4 games
-Games for January 2 will be double points
-The National Championship Game will be in its own group with a 10 pt CV
You may not use the same point value more than once in the same group.
Example: Ohio State vs Alabama: You are extremely confident that Alabama will win the game (of the 4 games in this group) so you choose Alabama and assign a point value for that game of 4 points. If Alabama wins, you receive 4 points towards your overall point total. If Alabama loses, you receive zero points. The other games follow the same format.
1.) If you choose the winner correctly, you will receive the points that you assigned for that game (CV: Confidence Value).
2.) Any incorrect selections score zero for your entry for that game.
The entry that accumulates the most points after all the bowl games are complete will be declared the Prime Fantasy Sports College Bowls League champion.
Tiebreaker 1: Of the entries tied, the entry that has the highest number of correct picks will be declared the winner.
If there is still a tie after both tiebreakers, the payout will be split among those entries still tied.
To increase your chances of winning, you may play as many times as you wish. Each entry will be scored separately.

Each pick must be accompanied by a confidence value for each game.
If you do not have both a pick and a CV for each game, here is the procedure for how the system will handle it.
Made Pick/No Confidence Value: If your team wins, you will be awarded a correct pick for that game and the lowest confidence value option for that game or not already selected will be added to your overall score. If your team loses, it will be considered an incorrect pick and you will score zero points for that game.
Made Confidence Value/No Pick: It will be considered an incorrect pick and you will score zero points for that game.
No Confidence Value/No Pick: It will be considered an incorrect pick and you will score zero points for that game.
Please make sure you get your selections/confidence values in by each deadline.
You can make your selections anytime before the scheduled kickoff time of that game and may be changed at anytime prior to the regularly scheduled kickoff time for that game. Once the deadline has passed for a game, your pick/confidence value is locked in for that game. If you haven't made a pick by the deadline, you're out of luck.
PICKS POSTED BY COMMISH: If you need help making your selections or are having computer problems, please contact the commish with your selection before the deadline and he will make it for you.
WHEN ARE RESULTS POSTED: Results are posted using the following procedure:
Morning/Afternoon/Evening Games: Shortly after the game has been completed
Night Games: That evening or early the next morning
